Who we are
A small, senior team.
Ruskins is deliberately small. The people who scope your work are the people who build it — there is no layer of account management between you and the engineers, and nothing gets passed down to someone cheaper once the contract is signed.
We are based in Nairobi and work with organisations wherever they are. The standard is the same either way: systems that behave predictably under load, and honest reporting about what they can and cannot do.

How we work
Three stages, in this order.

Understand
We start with the problem you actually have, not the technology we would enjoy building. That usually means sitting with the people doing the work and reading the data before proposing anything.

Build
Small releases you can see and correct, rather than a long silence followed by a reveal. You review working software throughout, not slide decks about working software.
- 03
Hand over
Documentation, a team that knows how the system behaves, and a clear account of its limits. The goal is a system that runs without us in the room.

Learn to train and evaluate AI models.
Frontier AI systems are taught by people with real expertise in a field — clinicians, analysts, lawyers, engineers, operators. If you have depth in a domain, that expertise is the qualification. We teach the craft that turns it into AI training and evaluation work.
